Twin-Turbo Silverado Makes Dealers Squirm
Imagine, sitting in the cabin of a brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 HD, believing it’s just a normal pickup and then all of a sudden being pressed into your seat trying to not scream bloody murder. You’ve just entered Armageddon Turbo’s latest pickup truck that features a twin-turbocharged V8 Silverado that makes 650 horsepower to the wheels.
To showcase the new setup, Armageddon Turbo went out and filmed a “service appointment” for what they called a “strange whistle sound” coming from the trucks engine. What happens next is absolutely perfect and goes to show you that dealers aren’t ready for lunatic levels of acceleration coming from a truck. The resulting video is absolutely hilarious and shows the company’s ability to make big power in trucks.
According to Armageddon Turbo, the company’s turbo kits can offer anywhere from 500 horsepower to 1,500 horsepower and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. So what do you all think? Would you want a 650 horsepower truck?
