Default Street tires?

Who has run 10s on street tires? What kind of power does it take?
I am building a H/C/I/E 402 (should be 625hp at the motor) with a performabuilt stage 3 transmission and moser 12 bolt with 3.73s, PST aluminum drive shaft and full suspension. I will probably be racing at close to full weight. Can I hit 10s on street tires?

Thanks guys. The car isn't finished yet, but the tracks around me are closed so we will find out in April. I drive the car to the track, and have nowhere to put my wheels/tires for the street if I switch them at the track, unless one of my friends is not going to race (unlikely).

What street legal tires would you run if you were me? The drag strip is about an hour away.

My friend Paul's car went 10.79 @ 131 on some Nitto street drag radials...it's a twin turbo third gen, came out of the hole REALLY soft, but it is an animal on the top end. I think he was around 750 to the tires when he dyno'd it.

Thanks for the info. I guess I probably won't be hitting 10s on street tires, but I will still try. I will just take it to a test n tune when the drag strip opens up again. I'll also do some weight reduction I suppose.
