Default Anyone one in here a bolt-on, SS4000, sprayed 10 sec car

Just wondering whos run just normal bolton with a yank SS4000 and running 10's. I have the normal bolton and thinking about purchasing the HSW 150 hit plate kit. Im thinking i should see the 10's with that. Thanks for the help

I run a yank 3800 with mti 243's 2.02, 228/232/595/595/112+2 with a 150shot
my time was 10.7@125...my 60ft was slow @ 1.65....she has mor in her!!!!

I went 11.37 @ 120.65 with bolt ons and a 125 shot with a yank pt4400. With traction and a 60 in the high 1.4s you should be able to do it.

I dont think that converter will like that much NOS ......imo.

I have a budyy whoo sprays a 125 shot on a Yank PT4000 & runs 6.40s with a low 1.4 60ft & the SS is built more for spray then the PT

my buddys dad runs a yank3600 and 150 shot he went 10.45 in it with some rediculous 60 foot times he 60 ft so hard a couple of times it shattered a t-top lol

just ran into this thread...check out LS1 Speed he goes 10.0s with a lt1 and a ss4000 on a 150 shot...IIRC it is a mild 396CI

also know of someone that went 10.8s bolt ons with a 150 shot and a ss4000...a ss3600-ss3800 would probably be better but it can still take the shot...if you get serious about it yank can restall it for you...

IIRC Jetlag runs like 11.1 with an SS3600 and a 100 shot. You should be in the 10s.

my guy just called me from lauderdale and went 10.58 tonite in a 3500 lb 98 ss with a/c etc....

stock shortblock with good rod bolts ls6 cam and intake ,vigilante 2800 ,4l60e, hsw wet kit spraying like 170 with microedge on a 26x8 et drag

thru the muffler

long tubes

his **** is riding forsure

yeah you should make the 10s for sure..if not just bump up to a 200 shot lol
