It'll probably take a shitload of mph because your gonna have to make it all up on the big end, although what is a street tire to you? If its anything DOT legal then thats a different story and a nice DR will get you there much easier.

On a street tire... Not DR? I will say you need to trap almost 140mph cuz your going to have to make up for around a 2.0 - 2.2 60ft.... So maybe around 700whp

I have a few suspension mods, don't know if they will help that much. I have eibach pro kit/bilstein, lower control arms, subframe connectors and strut tower bar. I think I'm at 550 rwhp, but I scheduled for a dyno session this week. The car is the bird in the signature

why not just strap on some good dr's or slicks when going to the track?
if you want to show boat on the street, 400-450whp is more than enough to beat most things on the road.

i want 1 billion dollars, 8000hp, 100 mpg, 22 inches of vacuum and a 3.50 1/4 mile on cooper cobra street radials with the drivability of a 2008 chevy cobalt.

this is a classic example of the "horsepower" mentality. the quicker people learn that a car is a complete combination that needs to work together and the quicker they drop the silly idea that a car is a bunch of go fast parts, the quicker they will run respectable times for what they have. every time i see 11.50 @ 140 i laugh out loud.

my buddy learned that. Cam only ls1 6 speed, sheered the axle tube in half and destroyed the ring and pinion. Then we picked up his strange s60. Well worth the $2500

A member on here silverZ28camaro runs low, low 11s on street tires with a 1.5 60ft. PM him, really nice guy and might have already hit the 10s by now on street tires.
