Low 10 second CTS V
So I ran this in October of last year but I figured I should update it on here.
Car: 2010 Cadillac CTS V A6
Mods: 2.4 upper pulley, headers and exhaust, injectors, cooling upgrades (rad, HX, icebox), 17" drag radials, 150 hp shot, Jeremy Formato tune
Best run: 10.25@139.8 with a 1.57 60 foot at a DA of 2666
I was having some issues that day with a leaking nitrous filter and the tune still needs to be dialed a bit more (Jeremy is a LONG way away from me so it's all remote tuning). But the car has huge potential with the MPH. My plan for 2014 is to run 9s as is...not bad for a bone stock longblock! Just need to dial the launch and tune...and run in some good air.

Congrats on the pass. Car is moving out especially for a big ole sedan! Sounds good too, gotta love that supercharger whine.
With the mph I think the car can see 9's. With a lower DA and bringing down the 60' a bit you should be able to get your goal. Good luck!

Haven't ever weighed it but other than the rear Welds, nothing on the car has been lightened up. Actually added more weight with the nitrous setup and the fuel cell in the trunk.
Seems like most of these things weigh 4400-4500 lbs with driver.

As i said on ctsvowners, awesome mph in a 4500 pnd sedan.. Im looking into buying and have been lurking over there for last 6 months. I will be ready begiining of March.. If you had it all over again would you buy a earlier year V with mods or buy a later car and save up and mod?
