Anytime I have seen that code set it has usually been a coil that bit the dust. The coils are labeld a-i in for diagnostic purposes. I'll have to look at alldata in the morning at the shop to see which coil driver circuit D is for.

Default P0354

Hey guys-

After reading this post concerning the code, "P0354 Ignition Coil D Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction"

I have 2004 F150 V8 5.4L trition.

I have the same code and after reading ya all posts. I replaced all spark plugs.. one spark plug broke on #1... I ordered a broken spark plug remover called, " Lisle #65600" Which worked fanastic!

After all that, I replaced #4 coil... after a 2 mile drive test, engine light came back and the code is the same even after I erased the code before the test drive.. the truck drove shaken like it's misfire... I am at loss... anybody got an idea what I am dealing with on this?

Your lucky it only broke one plug coming out.
Cylinder 4 is the rear most on the passenger side of a ford.
Real bad design IMO the heater hoses are on top of it where they seeping some?
It will take out the coil's connector in some cases.
