Finally able to get the Monte Carlo SS to the track with the new transmission built by Dave at Triple Edge Performance and 3000 RPM stall converter. Running on street tires best I could do was a 13.0 at 116mph. No traction!

The Car Tuning Turbo kit is putting out about 9-9.5psi boost. The Car Tuning turbo kit on the fwd LS4's is simply amazing, as you will see.

Bolted up my Hoosier QTP's and ran a best of 11.68 @ 120.81 mph! This was a with a 1.86 60 foot, as the track I was at couldn't quite hold the tires. I raised the boost a little to around 10psi and was trying harder launches at the line, but the track wouldn't hold the car. They don't prep quite as well as other tracks. At 10psi I was running 11.70 at 121.47 mph with some tire spin.

We still have a little to work out in the tune and a little more boost to go. There is more in there yet!

still some damn good numbers, you should try a well prepped track if you have the opportunity, should be low 11's with a good 60', some slicks will help ya out as well

my dad is probably going to order this kit soon.... but still has a couple of questions

how will it do with the stock trans?
and how hard is installtion?
