Default Should be 11's when done

I am swapping in a MS3 cam, doing a udp, p&p tb and maf, best time now is 12.4 with a 1.71 60'. Has PS lt's, ls6, ss3600, street tune with hp tuners, all UMI rear suspension, Nitto's DR's and still on a 2.73. What do you think it will run after cam and another tune??

I'm guessing around 11.8 especially if you go with a lower gear

with better gears you probably would have been close to 11s before the cam

Get some 3.73s and some M/T D/Rs and 11's shouldn't be a problem.

It will be there. I did it with bolt-ons and raced a car on radials, MS4, 3.73's and no converter that bested me MPH with a 116 but ran a 12.2

Maybe yours does on a 150 SHOT a 150 shot of spray is a HUGGGGGGEE difference between an MS3 Cam. The only one sounding stupid in this tread is yourself. A 240ish cam with 2.73s will hold him back GREATLY. The last time i checked gears help out ET's a lot ESPICIALLY with a big cam.

99T/AMAN Go with some 3.73s and 11's will be no problem

I have drag radials and i might have a set of 3.42's that i will put in but i am not going to put anymore money into this rear, i would rather get a 12 bolt!!! As for the re-stall it's not going to happen, the ms3 makes the same power at 3,500 rpm as stock and pulls like crazy from there so why do you guys think it needs a bigger stall??? I am hoping for 11.8 or something right around there.
