Default 2010 SS with Cam Bolt Ons

The following are my two best passes of the day. It has been almost 6 years since I was last on drag radials so there is room for improvement on the 60' time. Unfortunately, with the bracket racing, I had to lift on probably what was going to be my best run of the day. (I know no excuses)

Thanks to everyone for a great day at ECS IV. A big thanks to Heintz Racing for logging my car and making some tweaks.

Tires used on the pass: 20" Nitto 555R - Drag Radial
Performance Mods (if any): Cam, Long Tubes, Converter, Tune
Category submitted for: Internal Modification Stock Displacement
R/T.......... .264
60'............. 1.703
330'........... 4.954
660'........... 7.679
660’ mph... 90.68
1000'.......... N/A
1320'.......... 11.980
1320’ mph… 113.79
Name of the track: Darlington Dragway - East Coast Shootout IV
Date of pass: 11-12-2011
Weather conditions: Sunny 62

I wish I was lifting. 113 on every run except for the one that I spun really bad. I am moving 4,100 pounds though.

Congrats on 11s but personally I think something is up with your MPH. My car runs 113 with just headers, with your 60ft and et it must be pulling really strong till the topend of the track were it falls off for some reason. I would look into that.

1.9 Where you on gto spares and Drag radials? I found out I had a bad spark plug a few days ago too. I dont think that was bad for the first time out. My friend has a zo6 and ran a 12.1 @ 121 with a 2.0 60ft. Dont worry I will get their.

Joe what gto spare street tire do you use? I dont want to use bias ply. MT in back, what in front?

Believe me, I am working on my 60ft. Alot of guys with 6m dont even get into the 12's even with zo6's. Its all over corvette forums. It takes practice with the 6 speed manual. That's not to say my car is not fast cause it is. I just have to learn to drive it better off the line. That comes with practice. I'll be getting the m&h and MT and practicing at the track soon enough.

I don't think this was too bad for my first time out. Look at Dicky, what he accomplished with just bolt ons with an LS2. Amazing.
