Took the trans am for a Test N Tune today to see where its at. Havent ran the car since owning it so wanted to try a few things out. Car is a 99 ws6 automatic, cam only. Basic rundown: stock bottom end, 237/242 ~.600 112 similar to MS3, lid, ls6 intake mani, pacesetters, shitty off road y pipe, magnaflow catback, RPM built 4L60E, yank ss3600 stall, 3.73's, weld rts fronts w/ heavy mickey thompson sportsman radials, zr1 rears w/ hoosier DR's 275/40 set at 20 psi. Full weight car with 12" sub, 2 amps, empty 10lb nitrous bottle so probably a little over weight. Temps were mid 60's. Tune could use some work, it likes to search for an idle from time to time. Shifting at 6600.

Not too bad IMO, could pick up with a few minor adjustments. Definitely would like a 4000-4200 stall, crosses the traps at 6000 rpm. Have to check what the DA was, pretty muggy out all day

Nice run your car and mine run very similar but I have less weight, a smaller cam and only shift at like 6200. Get that 4k+ stall and see what it'll really do. Do you have a ram air kit ie. ssra/chris1313?

No ram air kit yet. Just getting air from the factory ram air hood and high rise box. Could definitely optimize with a SSRA or chrs1313 setup, I've had both before and worked great. Actually forgot to pull the front sway bar too so might've helped the 60 on that
