Sooooo close to 11.7. Was holding the car in gear all night because it would shift about 100 ft befor the line. On my last run DA was down to -100 and I hit the rev limiter right before the line! Costing me the 11.7! With a hook I was running consistent 11.8-11.9 with da at +50-100.
Ran a scat a few times. Had the air box mod, tazer and dr. My first run we both blew the tires off. He ran 12.8 to my 12.5. He trapped 113 i trapped 115 that run. He got out in front of me but I steadily pulled him. The cars are very very close. He got a best of 11.9x@114. With out my weight loss from the drag pack the cars would honestly be a dead heat. I'd give a very very slight edge to the sexgen. I'm talking like .1 and 1 mph. Was a newer 5.0 auto and a 13 5.0 auto both on drag packs. Not sure what else. They running 12.3-12.7 at 110-113 all night.
Was a stock stingray running 11.8@116. They don't have much on a 6g. My guess is a tenth maybe two.
New zo6 I seen run 11.1 it may have went faster. Also a stock 6g with supercharger and a new focus rs guys were from livernois. SS having traction issues running 11.3. I beat the brakes off the focus it ran a 13.4.
All in all awesome night and I'm hooked! Got about 13 passes in. Got a video as well of the 11.80 of someone can tell me how to post it. The time is too blurry to see though

Nice. There was a 4th gen SS auto burnt orange running 12.7-12.9 @ 110. Not sure what was done. Was running close to the two coyotes that were there.

You know Chris Parish ? Had some close runs with his heads cam 4g SS vs my heads cam 2010. Both cars have since been sold.

Lmao yep. That 4g was super strong for what he said the power it made. It ran about even with my 2010 and I threw the sink at it g6x3 cam, heads etc over 500 rwhp. We raced from 40 to like 170 a few years ago and he got me by a car. Me and my passenger were much heavier than his. The cars were a dead heat epic races. Maybe it was just a good build but I suspected something lol. I also owned a heads/cam m6 98 z28. Loved it. **** on some people with that car. Met up with a guy by Kroger back in the day in Hillsdale with it. He brought his old 327 Monte Carlo track car running alcohol or race fuel can't remember. It smelled good. I beat him good and hit him in the forehead with a rock somehow lmao. Never forget that night it was a wild race on the street. He was in a black ls1 trans am the next summer. Tall guy. Can't remember his name.

Those cars can run for the weight! The real deal for sure. Just a tick behind a 6g apples to apples. Drivers race. If I spin even a little I'm done. You are really getting out of the hole hard lol. Lol. Good stuff. No idea who the tall guy is. I already put the car up for the winter so I won't be out. I'd make sure you don't throw a code when you pull your passenger seat. My 04 gto would do it, but luckily I read about it before I did it. That 1.52 felt soooo good. First time i've ever dead hooked.
