What whould i need motor wise to get my car into the 11s

well if your car is a 84 z28 like your name says, then i can help you. i had a 85 irocz that went 11.77@116 1.7 60' in around 2500 da' here was the combo.

400 bored .040 = 408 small block, afr 190 heads, holley 750 double pumper, keith black flat tops 10.5:1 compression, victor jr single plane intake, lunati solid flat tappet cam, 1.6 rockers on intake, 1.5 on exhaust = .586/.543 248/259 @ .050 106 lsa, 1 5/8" hooker headers, ( 1 3/4" super comp would be better) dual 3" exhuast, southside machine kit include...lift bars, subframes connectors, crossmember, 50/50 shocks in rear, 12 bolt with 4:11s, bullet proof th350 w/3500 stall.

only interior was the 2 front seats and the stock dash and center console. stock 16" irocz wheels with M&H racemaster tires 305/40/16 on the rear.

lol nah my 84 Z28 has a 500+ CI motor in it. IM looking for a setup that for my LS1 car . I always forget about the name thing

Suspension, big stall, gears/tires, more suspension, a few boltons, and a lil' weight reduction. Stock motor bro.

Nothing crazy. Here are a few suggestions: Drag wheels/tires (100) AC (30) front sway bar (10) carpet deadening (10) spare tire/jack and battery relocation (40) Kmember Arms and shocks (50) Headers (15) and backseat with belts (20) Just with this you'd drop a little more than 275lbs.

These are all small things. If you want to get serious and don't drive the car in the rain ever: Windsheild washer resovior/arms/motors (25) bumper supports (40) and racing seat(s)(40-50) etc... Good luck.
