Default What to do next?

Last night I ran 11.94 with a 1.82 60 footer. When launching, I would spin out from launching up to 5,000 RPMs or till I hit second gear. I know my car is faster than that, but I just don't know what to do to get traction without putting slicks on. Any advice would be appriciated. Thanks!!

My mods are - SLP cold air induction, weiland intake (good up to 6,200 RPMs), 37lb injectors, MAC headers with offroad Y pipe, Edelbrock EFI dry NOS kit (100 shot), Precision 3,500 stall converter, Trans Go shift kit, stock 3.23 gears replaced with 3.73 gears, Magnaflow muffler, LS1 Edit, MAFT, LS1 Timing Tuner/Nitrous Controller.

what tires are you running? you maynot have a choice but to get some GOOD drags (like the m/t drag radials/bfg's, not nitto's) or slicks.

I'm running drags, forgot to add that to with the mods. I'm running the Nittos 555TR. MT ET Streets spin me out also. I don't want to go to a full drag cause then it's bye bye rear end. The undercarage is stock other than some adjustable shocks rear I've got on. I just don't know what suspention parts I need, without going out and trying everything and making little to no difference.
