What's wrong with this?

2002 WS6 A4
Yank pt4400
Built 4L60E
ASP pulley
Moser 12 bolt with 3.73 gears
Racetronix fuel pump
Patriot Stage II ls6 59cc heads
TSP 233/239 .600/.603 112+2 cam
BMR Kmember and Aarms
QA1 adjustable shocks ("R") series
Spohn Torque arm (body mount)
Spohn anti roll bar
BMR Lower Controll Arms\
Tuned by Local Fbody tuner

Took it to the track and it only went 11.91@114 with a 1.75 60'
The car dead hooks
It was 60 footing better when it had only the yank st3500 and a asp pulley. The converter won't lock up in 4th gear either. It's not a tuning issue. I am at a loss. Could over filling a tranny with fluid cause problems?

Just curious...how was it tuned if you don't have any dyno numbers? Do you know how much it weighs, or at least approx? Have you added or removed any weight? Have you removed the front sway bar? Is there anything you aren't listing? (other than something obvious and surely done, like a lid)

What was the weather/DA when you ran?
