The cam is a new cam from Rev Xtreme

236/242 .601"/.610" 114 LSA

Very similar to the G5X4 but ahs more lobe seperation....

Good luck. Unless the weather is horribly bad you should blow right by the 11 second barrier.

Good luck! let it rip!

What mph did you run before? Anywhere near 110-up is definitely 11 sec trap speed.

110.12 or something like that...car had traction problems due to one wheel burnouts from the lack of the line lock, but I have that now so we will see.

Its Friday and we haven't heard from you yet ........ oh oh, not a good sign

So what did you run? I'm curious to see if the change in powerband from the cam change still works with the rest of your setup.

Track closed due to rain....or at least it was raining where I was getting dyno tunned.....and didn't feel like driving 1 hour to a track that I would not be able to run at....next week boys and girls. I am in no rush as I want to make this perfect.

I would have called the track. If it's a one hour drive the weather where you are can't be taken as how it is there. I have driven through rain to my track, less than one hour away, multiple times and been able to run.

Good luck to you, Haven't had a much luck with mine. Made 355 rwhp, weighed 3650 and ran 12.4s @ 110-111 mph. After heads, cam, tune, 90mm intake and tb, sfcs, Moser 12 bolt, 411s, carbs, tubular cas, and Spohn ta, made 430rwhp and figured 11s would be easy with that much power increase, but wasn't counting on being 180 lbs heavier. New weight = 3830 lbs. Ran 12.11-12.2 @ 115-116 mph. Realized throttle body wasn't opening all the way, fixed and ran 12.01-12.08@118 mph

Actually hitting an 11 anything is not proving simple, especially with my consistent 1.8x 60fts

Well I ran consistant 12.2s and 12.3s before the cam, so this better give me an 11!
