Default 11.82@118.3

28" E/T Streets are too tall for my car. This was the first time I ran them.

60' - 1.81
1/8 - 7.65@93.8
1/4 - 11.82@118.3

Stock 113,000 mile engine with a TSP MS4, bolt ons, and 4.10's. The car's a 6 spd.

Good run and nice mph. Why do you think the 28'' tires are to tall? I would think they would be good with 4.10's.

im assuming it wasnt letting him rev out to where he needed to be on the big end. With a cam only and 4.10's, 28 would be to tall IMHO. 26 tall tire is perfect. now, if you add spray, defiantelly move up to the 28 tire.

Yeah, I've street raced and been in the limiter with the stock tires, had to go to 5th. At the track I was only turning 5800 through the lights with the 28" tires. I'd like to be up around 66-6700.

I'd be nice, but that's an odd size. I plan on getting 17" wheels and I may try a 275/40 or 315/35 M/T drag radial. They should be slightly taller than my 245/50/16's. Now I have a used set of 28/11.5/16 E/T Streets with two passes on them. I guess I'll save them in case I spray or when I eventually get a turbo like I want.

i just put the MS4 in my car, i ran a 11.87 at 119mph with a F-11 cam only set up, 12 bolt 410's ect ect, i am hoping for some mid 11's... i also found that the 28" tall tire was too tall, 26" seems to work much better.

BES Stoked Nova is right,... I've got a MS3/3.73 geared auto Cam only car with 26 ET Drags and am very pleased with them and they're the best bet til a heavy hit of the junk. For what its worth I busted off a 11.74 myself.

Hmmm...I don't recall. I normally try to look at all the LS1 cars if I have time. This was my first time with my black car there. I've also ran my Hugger SS and my Hugger Z, but that was last year and the year before. I might try to go down on the 7th and get a new best before we go to the LSx Shootout the following weekend. I'm gonna order some shorter e/t street radials.
