Hit 11s with just bolt ons....
I'm posting this for a friend. I don't own the car, my friend does, but I drove it down the track last Thursday. So I guess I'll post it since it was my driving that got the thing into the 11s.
The car is a 1992 Nissan 240SX with a 2001 LS1 M6 swap. The motor has stock internals. Only engine mods are a custom cold air intake, custom long tube headers, and a custom true dual exhaust. The car has an LS7 clutch, but is using the factory Nissan VLSD R200 rear end (4.083 final drive). Just so you know Nissan rears are unbreakable under 500whp.
Car weighs in at 2682lbs.
LS1 motor put out 353whp/355wtq on the dyno, tuned.
The car is full interior, with A/C, and power steering, etc. The car was running on drag radials. I got two runs in with the car, after my friend was sucking at driving it:
1st run = 12.029@117.12 on a 1.982' 60' - moderate launch, bogged a bit.
2nd run = 11.805@118.08 on a 1.833 60' - hard launch, minor wheelspin.
Just want to add this car is a street car, and he drives it every day as a daily. The car is awesome on the street. Crazy power everywhere in the power band. When this thing gets cammed it's going to fly, literally. It took my 240SX, an SR20DET swap, with a GT2871R on 18psi, and supporting mods, to run 11s and this car does it with just and LS1 and bolt ons!

Update:
We went to the track today (Sat.) with a quick slap on 75 shot that was installed earlier this week.
The owner of the car and myself both got one run down the track. He ran the car with a 75 shot in every gear. He spun through 2nd and had to get off the throttle to a 14.XXX@XXX.
My only run down the track with the 75 shot, only engaged in 2nd-4th:
11.414@124.12 on a 1.992 60' - moderate launch, bogged a bit, when the nitrous hit in 2nd I peddled it all through the gear since it was spinning. A bit of spin going into 3rd. Held on through 4th. The car pulls like a raped ape up top, as you can see from the trap. We need bigger drag radials for this car!
Also the car is not tuned for the 75 shot, we just threw it on. I'll be running my Z28 next week and possibly his car with a tuned 150 shot. Should be fun.
