At 116 you should be low 11s. Or that's a lot of spinning.

116 MPH is more like 11.60-70 mph not low 11s, Still the car should be in the 11s no doubt.

Being forged doesnt make your car faster. The OP mph is right where it should be. If he installed a 12 bolt where he could launch the car, with his MPH He would see mid-high 11's@ 116-117.

He should be in the upper teens at the very least. He's only 2 mph faster than my automatic SS was when it had full exhaust, tune, lid, and 3.73s.

Your comparing your times in negative DA vs his unknown DA.
Track DA makes a HUGE difference, let alone all the other differences like race weight, driver experience, street tires or Slicks n Skinnies..etc

Negative DA? No, 500'. I need to update my sig...still optimal, but not negative. Have trapped 113-114 all the way up to 1500'.

I realize how much DA effects ET/traps, that's why I asked what the conditions were like.

I was on street tires and stock 17 SS wheels as well.

My car traps traps 117-118 and runs 11.4-5x's and its an Auto,m6 cars go mid 11's and they are usually 120ish, no doubt the OP prolly spun

Street tires are where the fun is at!

I ran 12.5 @ 115 with a mighty 2.0 60 ft. I'm on 255/40/17 junk all seasons, stock suspension and a 10 bolt. I'd try slicks if I was auto, but with a built M6 I'm scared of what cutting low 60 ft's will do to my already beaten up carrier.

Don't know what the DA was but it was at unprepped Temple dragway and was between 93-100 degrees ambient.
