Default First time in the twelves.

I ran at Marion raceway here in Ohio. The track is old and poorly prepped and just not well maintained. I spun badly for most of the track. I had all mods in sig and ran 30a psi in the nittos. I know I should have lowered the pressure but I didn't feel like dealing with airing them back up. What do you think?

Reaction- 1.05
60ft-2.04
330ft- 5.57
Et @ 594ft- 7.93
1/8- 8.4 @85.90mph
1/4- 12.99@ 108.64mph

They hook decent at 20 psi, just ask my ten bolt haha. Slick tired cars were having trouble that night too so I figured searching for traction was useless.

cant believe you dont have a lid... Gut lower airbox, descreen MAF, port throttle body, and do the free mods.. bet it gains over .2 and 2mph.....
...Actually, It will probably pick up more than that, since you have full exhaust. i wouldnt doubt one bit if it gained 3-4 mph with what i listed.

Not trying to be a dick, but I highly doubt he's going to free up 40rwhp with free mods.

its not really 40 rwhp.... all the extra airflow at speed will contribute to it...
my car only went 9.39@78 BONESTOCK with a broken trans mount.. fixed that and new torque arm bushing added lid and did the free mods...and boom 8.76@84.. went back a few weeks later, no changes other than some 10 year old discontinued dryrotted goodyears and went 8.37@85.26 with a best mph of 85.55..... as Choked as his engine is with an all stock induction but full exhaust, yeah it might pick up 20-25 hp with Lid, descreen MAF, and Ported T/B.. which would result in 3-3.5mph..
add in the ramair effect from the gutted airbox and possibly 4mph..

Thanks for all the replies guys, the bottom of the airborne is cut out. I used to have an all lid bur sold it to prepare for the larger maf, lid, throttle body and fast 90 intake. Also my fiance was in the car that run and she weighs around a buck 20, so without her I might have been a tenth faster haha.
