Cool 1/8 Mile Time Should Be 12 In 1/4?

Tonight i went to the track with my new Torque converter and 3:73 gears. I was able to use my ET STREETS with this setup at 15psi. I broke out of my 8.3 dialin and ran an 8.16. I could not beleive it. I also had an outstanding 1.75 60ft time. I am pretty happy with this time for my first night out with this combo. I know i can do better also. Does this qualify for 12 sec run?
