Default Finally in the 12's but still disappointed!

Well I just got my car back from the shop a week ago and took it to the track this past saturday. I ran a 12.7 @ 115 with a 2.3 60' and a .436 R/t . Is it possible that i can get my car into the 11's on some sticky tires guys?? I still have the stock rearend so i cant launch to high... I put down 380 rwhp with the x-1 cam from MTI. Any info would be much help.

the 2.3 60' is your problem. Either you're not launching hard enough or your tires are terrible... Either way, I think that you'd be damn close to 11's if you could chop the 60' down to 2.0 or below... It works kind of exponentially. If you chop .3 off your 60, you may very well drop nearly .6 off your time. GOod luck!!!

2.3 60ft. I think I could run faster than that! jk. Just as everyone else said drop the 60ft down a little and you should see 11's all day long.

Welcome to the club.

60ft is hurting you. Slicks and stock 10 bolts in a M6 car dont make good friends.

Sure they do. My slicks told my 10bolt that its kind is not welcome under the car. Ever since the 9" they have been best friends.
