Default 1st track #'s with new set up

Well I can finally say I have a 12 sec car. Went to the 1/4 last night, It was cold about 50F. I made 3 runs, My 1st was the best with a 12.83 @ 113.8. I spun the tires bad Through 1st and 2nd, I ran street tires. Next year will be 12bolt and drag radials. I shifted at around 6400 (stock tach). My 60' are between 2.1 to 2.3. I expected the ET to be high due to the street tires.

my other 2 runs were : 12.83@112.3 2.1 60'
13.1 @111.7 2.3 60'
The mph fell off a little, but it was also about 40F with dew by the last run. I don't know if this had anything to do with it. It's definitely different to drive at the track with the cam and heads. Do you think Santa could fit a 12bolt down the chiminy for X-mas this year? I'll have to look into that.
