What do I need to get a change?

Yo, I took my car to the track in the fall for the first time, ever. I ran 12.22 @ 115.8. Do I need to post a pic of the timeslip to get my title changed or what else would I need? Thanks in advance,

i dont know what you have to do...i would like to know though because I pulled my first 12 at the end of last year before the track closed...
