Rear Glass
This is the best topic I can think of putting this under. . . . So, some *** wipe decided to throw rocks at my car. . . (I wish I seen who).
My hatch glass got it pretty bad. It looks like it is heavily pitted in a 6x6 area. . . What can I do? As far as I know nothing but to replace the complete rear hatch glass.
Is it worth it?
Here is a pic. . . .
******* douche bag *** holes. . . . Oh yeah, and my hood got it too. Fagot bastards. . . . Throw a rock at me, unlike the car I will throw one back.

You might try contacting a place that repairs windshields like safelite, they can fix rock chips on windshields so I dont see why a rear hatch would be any different.
I've tried windshield repair kits and never had very good luck, best IMO to leave it to the professionals that have the proper equipment to do it right.

I had a windshield on an old Bonneville repaired liked that several years ago.... BUT it was only one spot.
Might want to call a glass shop and see... but that looks like it is beyond repairing.
You might also go ahead and get a price on replacing the glass.... I don't think it would really expensive.

Just checked safelite for a quote on replacing the rear glass, this isnt GM glass however but is actually a really good quality replacement. I've had them put in three windshields for me and they've always done excellent work. SoCal roads are a bitch with road debris all over the interstate
For glass with defroster: $189.95 installed
Without defroster: $215.95 installed
