Matt is an excellent guy and one hell of a good tuner A+ in my book.

he tuned my previous car(SS) and the car ran great. never dealt with him myself since the car was tuned when I bought it. GM High Tech Performance seems to use him in just about every article for tuning lol.

Tune time is really big in the wbody scene. Matt does great work, tunes awesome(on 3.8's and balts at least), and i know a couple guys who will go nowhere but to tune time. I went there for a dyno day a couple summers ago, its a nice place

Depends where the shop is located also. If they are in a fairley expensive area and the overhead is higher/ salaries etc. than others, they have to charge more.
You have Cartek not too far, you have Mikey at Rapid, Eastside all shops in the area all very good. Julio at Cartek is the best tuner around the northeast as far as I know, I don't think anyone can dispute that.

I didn't know they were in Toms River, for some reason I thought they were kinda North.
Oh well, there goes that theory.

Best part is OP said their location in the first post.

Matt from TTPerformance tuned that SS.

Matt from Tune Time Performance did not. He tuned my Tbss the first time.

Kind of confusing. One is in toms river, one is off the turnpike.
