Default Cost of covering dash with leather (vinyl)???

I am in the process of covering my interior with fake leather vinyl (similar to this project). I want the dash to match the rest of the car with the leather covering, but I do not trust myself to do it.

Has anyone had this done at a shop?
What kind of price am I looking at?

I know, go get estimates, but I am having some emissions problems and can't register the car 'till I get them taken care of.

seriously man, if you can wrap all that other interior stuff then the dash will be even easier. it's a nice big, flat piece for the most part.

I had mine done awhile ago, heres the post I made:

I paid $300 for it, but word of warning... after a few months in the summer sun, the glue lost its tack and now it looks pretty bad, and will have to be reglued/replaced.

I wonder if anybody has had it rubber coated or dipped in a thin coating?

Not a TA dash. There are some curves that play hell with wrapping, matter of fact I haven't seen one done without seams that didn't look like poo. I just opted for a Ebony dash in like new condition & it matches the leather I had to wrap with perfectly.

I was also worried about this with the glue issue. I got a door wrapped but never installed it b/c I was afraid of it letting loose in the summer heat & looking like crap. Its held up ok for a year in my closet but its never seen direct sunlight or left out in the heat for extended periods of time.

Has anyone had issues with the door panels being wrapped & letting loose in the summer? there are a few spots that worry me about this, like where the armrest bump/curve is on the panel itself.

I got mine wrapped by these guys: www.advertisingvehicles.com I didn’t face any glue or peel off issues either in summer sun or in the rainy patch. Have a look. I’d try to share pics too.
