Default Doctors note for tinted windows in CA?

Hey guys. Can I have a doctors note that states that I have to be shielded from the sun light via window tint and the cops leave me alone?

The reason I ask. Is because I know its okay in different states. I just don't know about here in cali.

Im not just a kid looking to avoid taking my window tint off. The doctor says that I should be wearing sun glasses at all times between sunrise and sunset. It just totally skipped my mind to ask about a window tint note.

Thanks.
Chad

That would be ****. I myself am critically caucasian and would love to not get the left arm burn while driving 10 minutes down the street.

I believe it is ok. i just received a tint ticket for my truck and when I checked the law, I think CA said a note from a doctor was ok.

Photophobia is what it is called , a letter from a eye doctor or nuerologist helps and you send it to the DMV .

I do not know the answer directly, but I would assume "photophobia" itself would not work, I do not think its a medical condition.

I have a note from my doctor. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. All depends on the cop.

5% tint up front no good. Thats a ticket.
When I bought my camaro, It had dark tints all around matching the black paint. I got pulled over and got a fix it ticket.
I believe the reason why I guess the previous owner had tints was because the 4x4 trucks with their HIDs would reflect from either rear view mirror or side mirrors.
I was thinking in doing that. I heard you have to get a note, take it to the dmv for approval so that when they do pull you over, it will come up on the cops computer saying your legit to have them.

To me, it's not the fix-it ticket for the tint that would worry me, it's the excuse for pulling you over because of it that would lead to more serious tickets. On that note, I have 15% on the sides LOL. I just can't justify trying to tint the front and risk being pulled over, then gettin nabbed for other crap.
