Rear End Noise , Wheel bearing?
Ok so I have developed this pulsating whoom whoom whoom noise, or kind of a whirr whirr whirr noise from the rear. Also a friend had my car on a lift and put it in gear to listen and though the tire was wobbling a little bit like the axle may be bent. Does this sound like a bent axle/ wheel bearing problem to you guys?

Probably, or a bent wheel who knows. If you want to check the wheel put it on the front and spin it. Pull the axle and roll it to see if its bent and check the bearing surface. Axle bearings are cheap and easy to install.

When you are driving, does the sound change if you steer left and right? If so it may be a wheel bearing. I had a sound similar to yours but the sound didn't change when I steered left and right. Turned out to be a wiped out carrier bearing.
