SPECS
CAR
1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z28
Hardtop
Originally an L98/700r4
Had 89,000 ORIGINAL miles on it when the swap was done. I have not hooked up a speedometer since the swap so It still shows 89k. I have put less than 5k on it since the swap though.
Has a custom Jet black paint job professionally done in FL. Has light blue ghost stripes and flames on the hood. Professionally tinted tail lights done by body shop. Paint job alone was over 2k.
All lights, blinkers, fog lights WORK. The only lights that do not work are the reverse lights.

The car put down 414hp and 420ftlb on a chassis dyno. And it went 12.9 @ 115 in fontana CA with the slipping clutch and horrible 60fts. With a new clutch and gear it's very capable of 11sec passes.

INTERIOR
4th Gen Camaro gray leather front and rear seats
Grant steering wheel
The interior used to be red and the previous owner tried to convert it to gray by painting all the plastic panels. It looks good besides the few scratches that show red underneath. He also decided to install new gray carpet ON TOP of the old red stuff.
Almost everything works inside the car. All interior lights work pwr windows and locks work, pwr mirrors work but the switch is broken.
THE BAD
The car needs a new clutch.
The engine has a ghost knock. I thought it was valvetrain, I replaced all lifters, pushrods, valvesprings and it is still there. Oil pressure is fine and it doesnt sound like a rod bearing.
The paintjob is a very nice one but it has some imperfections up close.
Rear tires are at about 50% tread.
I have absolutely EVERY receipt for the parts installed on the car and they add up to well over 15,000. So I am asking $10,000 obo.
Give me a call or text or shoot me an email if you are interested. Car is located in San Diego CA.
