Is you using the LH8 oil pan?
What P/S pump pulley?
And I'm guessing you discovered the 05 TB doesn't clear the L92 water pump.

LH8 pan, and running the cable throttle body that came with the LS1 intake, never planned to use the by wire throttle, it clears with a little grinding..

a PS pully, that is the question, and is on the top of the "must find" parts...

I'm doing an 05 5.3 in a 72 442.
I got the 300-123 pulley, but it's not dished deep enough to align with the truck accessories without spacing the pump back. It works, but looking for a better alternative.

Its a plastic pully... think its from a baretta/grand am... works great, over an inch smaller than the truck pully, all kinds of room now.. .

It was close, engine mounts were spaced up about 1/2 " to clear.and pass side zerk fitting was removed and a plug put in for clearance at full lock.. it was tight, but it fit.

As the owner of two 69 GTO's this is pretty cool. Robbie and I are actually thinking of puttin as LS in the RAIII with with late model seats as well. The RAIV will stay original

What is your new MPG?
I have a 69 GTO with a 461 in it.
I'm getting 7-8MPGs

Default Thanks

I love your set up.
Are you only getting 282rwhp on you GTO?
What kind of mileage are you getting?
