Default TFS 220 heads/ 228 cam dyno *vid & graph* UPDATED #'s

The car is a 2000 TA WS6 A4:
Stock bottom end
228/228-570/570-112 +4 cam
Stock heads 806 castings
unported FAST 90 intake
NW 90 TB
SLP MAF
SLP headers, y-pipe and cats
3"cutout open
Built 4l60e
Vigilnate 3400 stall
Strange 12-bolt W/3.42
TTII's 17x11 rears.
dynoed 383 RWHP 367 RWTQ with the above.

New parts:
Trickflow As Cast 220's heads milled to 61cc
42lb fuel injectors
Harland sharp roller rockers
new pushrods, springs, retainers, and locks.
new lifters (will update with what brand)
Flowmaster 3"-4" merge
4" Race Ready Performance cutout open
Removed cats

New numbers are 438 RWHP 419 RWTQ corrected. Installation and tune was done at Straightline Performance in New Lenox, IL. 1320hp.com.
The process was smooth with no problems at all. These guys are the best. Explained everything even fix a couple potential problems. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area. We were all surprised with the results since it was an auto and 12 bolt on a Mustang dyno which typically reads lower then most other Mustang dynos. I haven't got the car back yet had to finished removing the N20. I could only imagine this thing being beyond fun to drive. Sucks I have a couple days of driving then storing it for the winter but next season such be a blast, definitely taking it to the track.

Will post the graph this week end, video below is a pull to 6000 RPM. Didn't get a video of the last pull with the final numbers. Let me know that you guys think.

UPDATE:
So I switch from the SLP MAF to a GM 85mm truck MAF. Mike (tuner at Striaghtline) suspected in my application it may be causing a very rich top end. Turns out last time I was on the dyno he tried to rectify it but resulted in loosing some power, 438hp & 419tq to 431 & 411. I took the car back to him with a the GM MAF and he found some additional power while improving the drivability of the car. I haven't been able to get the dyno sheets or drive the car, stuck in Michigan for another 2 weeks for finals. My brother picked up the car and said it was a blast to drive. I'll update then with new dyno sheets.

The results of the new tune with nothing else added except the MAF, corrected 445.2 RWHP and 430 RWTQ.

Added new dyno sheets. A comparison of the old vs new #'s, new graph of the new #'s and the sheet with the corrected #'s.

Very impressive numbers. I wouldn't have expected that, especially with an A4 on a Mustang Dyno. That combo will be killer on the street.

Car was very impressive!! All the cars parts old and new just fell into place and worked well together. Hopefully we get some more warm days so you can enjoy it before the snow! Thanks again for the kind words. Glad to help with your build!

Very impressed with the results to say the least!! I picked up the car tonight didn't get on it much but my first driving impression is awesome!! Power is increased all over the rpm band. Feels stronger every where. The tune is spot on! The heads really liked my "baby" cam. Love the end result. Striaghtline is the best!!

Nick/Mike-thanks again for everything!! Customer for life.

I'm loving your setup. I'm saving for a set of those bad *** heads right now and have been doing a lot of research on what cam or size cam to go with. You've got the best of both worlds; a cam that gives you great low end torque and power and a cam that still makes great overall rwhp and rwtq numbers. Most people sacrafice one for the other, but looks like you've found a combo that gives you both. Bye the way, your car looks amazing too.

Yes they did, they have always done the work on my car, I have always appreciated the work they have done. Mike had actually convinced me to get the 220's and the vrx5 and I put down 456 and 400 lbs on his dyno, if you see my graph it was still climbing at 6500 ( mike was pushing me to take it to 7k but i chickened out at 6.5k true story) with a fast 90/90, pace headers and y and a magma flow cat back. I held the title for most hp with a sbe for a Lil while lol !
Enjoy the car man and REMEMBER to always warm up the car before getting on it! Ask me how I know!

The graph was overlayed with my hot cam only set up prior.

Litle- Straightline is definitely impressive and have won me over. I'm only going there for now on. I always make sure to warm the car up before any fun. I take it you found out the hard way but have an excuse for building something bigger. I see you from Burbank i'm in crestwood 10 mins away.

nasty-converter was locked.

Finally got my graphs and results sheets up. let me know what you think.

Next mod should be some .040 cosmetics and a vrx5 or vindicator cam.

Impressive numbers with a little cam regardless!!!!

Can't wait to get back there and spend a day with those guys while I'm getting tuned!!

FYI when you get another tune scheduled, bring Mike Fooooood!!! He likes coffe and donuts in the morning!
He tunes waaaaay better and you'll make more hp and tq

Wow congrats on the numbers! Thats def getting it done through an auto and a small cam. I'm actually thinking of getting these heads for my build, just not sure how they would do on a 408 as apposed to some L92's.

I'd go l92's with the Ls3 valves. I got mine through LPE and they are cheap.

A 275 head seems a bit large for a 408 though, even with nitrous. Thats my worry.

00transamws6 - Congrats again. I have heard nothing but good things about those heads! Glad your enjoying the new set up
