I believe Scoggin Dickey Parts Center might have them. I wanna say I've seen some for sale on their site in years past. I couldn't give a price though. Are you looking to build a motor ? www.sdpc2000.com is their website.

the ls6 longblock = no intake/ tb/ or pullies. Only heads/ cam/ block/ cts-v oil pan. Its a smokin deal tho.

buddy of mine is the parts manager at the chevy dealership in rio vista and last i checked they are all gone

that was a few months ago

i see dealers have prices but it doesn't say they have them, this list might not have been updated for awhile

It DOES look discontinued at the usual GM parts websites. It's GM part number 17801268. Searching for it at GMPP shows 41 dealers with it including Scoggin-Dickey. They have it at $6,303.60.

It's discontinued and completely gone to my knowledge. We can't find anymore anywhere

Starting in about 2001, the LS1 block was identical to the LS6 block. The pistons, heads, cam, oil pump, intake and fuel injectors were different. The block is still available, it's GM part number 12561166. The camshaft is 12565308. The pistons are 88984245. The crank is 12583565. The heads are discontinued, originally 12564825, superseded by 12615363, listed as for a 5.3 Lacrosse and Rainier engine.

Searching the internet, the bare block brand new from GM can be had for less than a grand with free shipping.
