Default chinese turbo track times *dyno vid*

Ran the car and got some times on the chinese turbo. Ran great but had to let off cause the 3.42 gears were too low..

L33 alum 5.3. ls6 cam springs
factory fuel injected >>> stock truck MAF

9-10 psi

1.7 60 foot.....footbraking
6.9 1/8th mile
105 mph
10.6 1/4th mile
128 mph

Good run. What Chinese Turbo out of curiosity?
The ebay gt45 or the on3 t76?

Cool thanks. You remember the seller? There are apparently two different gt45 one with a 68mm wheel and a 76mm wheel. I may just go cheap on my build since I'm running a junkyard lq4.

Im new to them, ran one last year all summer and took it off and the shafts felt like the day i got it, there is a thread on turboforums dated back to 2007 with alot of happy people...there is a vendor over there with 30k miles on one.

wonder how hard they are pushing them? Think they would take 25psi for a while? I keep thinking wow only 300 bucks but then think of all the problems and issues I would have with my bad luck. I need to just buck up and get a 7675cea and do it.

Now that i think about it that one guy on here with a s10 had the same one before he put his pt88 on.

theres also a guy on the turbo forums with a 66 nova that has gone as fast as high 8s and he ren them for three seasons.

thanks... mines only 68mm, so I may upgrade to the chinese 76mm...haha
