Oil fill neck removal?

Default Oil fill neck removal?

Picked up a vented oil filler cap,to get rid of the pcv.How do you remove the stock oil fill neck from the valve cover?

it should just twist and then you pull it out but good luck I tried to do it on mine a couple times and gave up lol

You need to take the valve cover off to remove the neck. There is a locking tab underneath the valve cover to release the neck.

i just pulled really hard on mine, and it popped off, but there is a lock tab under it. no big deal, just take the cover off and remove it.

lol wouldnt it have been easier to take the VCs off first?
