I missed third gear getting on it really hard last night bouncing off the limiter for a second now the csrs making a really loud inconsistent banging noise. The lol pressures good and idles still smooth. I pulled the valve covers to see if the pushrods looked off but the looked fine. What do ypu guys suggest i check or look at? Do I need to pull the rockers to really see if the pishrods are bent. BTW my motor has 80k on it. I just cant see the motor going already.

i would pull the rockers and check the pushrods and then change your oil, to check and see if you have any big shaving in the oil, maybe have a spun bearing

You may only have 80K on the engine but all it takes is one over rev to damage a rod bearing which it sounds like you did. Especially if those 80K miles were hard miles on that motor, it doesn't surprise me at all really.
