You don't move it, you turn it. Loosen or unbolt the endlinks, then loosen the bushings.

Except you have those tightened way, way too much. The bushings will split if you don't back those off. They only need to be tight enough that there is no play in the link. Just a Public Service Announcement.

I always thought you tightened the links down so that the bushing squished a bit and matches the size of the washer. Good to know I need to go out and redo my 35/22 bars

I would put longer end links back in it so the sway-bar end-link mount is parallel with the end-link chassis mount. Looking at the photo above clearly shows me it's to short (at least with your current sway-bar)..

That's more than "A bit", those are smashed. Urethane is fairly hard and they will eventually split and fall off if left like that.

As for the link length, no issues. If you want to put in longer links, that's fine, there is no reason. The bar has the lever arm it has, doesn't matter if it's "parallel" to anything and in fact you can't keep it parallel as the suspension moves. The bar is bolted to the body at the links, and the axle at the mounts. The two move relative to each other, which means the arm swings up and down.

IMO, I just figured with the bushing mount points parallel at ride height while the car is stationary the end-link bushings should maintain there intended shape instead of being cold-flowed into a "gumby wedge", I've replaced several sets of rear ends over the years for that very reason.
I know this likely isn't a critical issue, but I feel my point is a valid one.

The "gumby wedge" is made worse when overtightened. And once they mold to shape around the bar and the mounts that's how they best fit so there is no reason to change them unless they are cracked, etc. If you want to, well you can.
