Default widest tire on a 15X10 pro star???

What is the widest tire i put on a 15X10 pro star? Street tire or drag radial not slicks. Also if you guys can give me sizes or opinions on what you used and if you had to roll fenders or what not to make them fit.

You can attach the pics to the thread if they are not gigantic. It's an advanced feature.

275-50-15 drag radials fit.

295-__-15 street tires fit.

Charles, did you have to hack off the bumpstops and massage the fenderwell to get those to fit, trim or bend back the fender lip? Is this with a 7.5in BS. I have a set of 15x10 prostars and was looking at the 325's just need to know what I need to do to get them to fit.
Thanks and awesome pics.

Yes, the bumpstops are no more. The inside fenderwell was massaged. Two or three inches of the inner fenderwell was cut out(the part that meets the fender lip). All but 1/8 if a inch of the fender lip was removed in spots. Yes, this is with 7.5 BS. The 325s can fit on a lowered F-body, if you're willing to do a little cutting and massaging. Thanks! Good luck!

Man that looks awesome, can you snap a shot from the rear so I can see the width of the tire? Was is a big pain in the a$$ to do the modifications in order for the tire to fit? How low is your car? Awesome car man!

OK, I took a few more shots of the car, used two pepsi cans for ride height reference. Its a lot of work, but I paid good money for the tires, and I like being a little different. There are so many bad *** F-bodies out there!

Thanks Charles. Those pictures are awesome. My formula isn't lowered so that should help some, I just want to fit as big of a tire back there as possible as our track sucks for prep. I'm thinking of going with the 325-50-15 ET Radials.
Thanks for the help

Know this is kinda old post, but like the stance of that car dude. DO you have pics of what was cut or "massaged" to make the tires fit? Also, do you run spacer on the back? Thanks.

This is the only other picture I have. No spacers are on the car.

Unbelievable! I was just going to post if anyone had ever used this wheel tire combination on a T/A! If you don't mind me asking, what is your front wheel and tire combination and spacer size? And what lowering kit did you use?

The car looks AWESOME!
