Default 2012 camaro ss power adders

I was wondering on amount of rwhp on a auto 2012 ss Camaro with, ls3 conversion, legenfelter gt12 cam, ported heads, kooks long tube headers and exhaust system, high flow cats, 102 fast intake and throttle body , circle d stall, under drive pulley, and custom tune.

Keep VVT. Make a flatter torque curve...Mach converter choice up to cam. Done. 500whp totally possible on cam only...we'll plus headers and intake ... Maybe UDP.

Skip the Fast intake unless you plan on a turbo or centrifugal blower. That $1k can be put to much better use elsewhere until the blower/turbo goes on.

Take a look at the above link. 600 rwhp with a good tune with your mods would be within reason. Give me a call for a great price. Bob

As stated above, skip the Fast intake and put the money in the suspension because you will need it anyway.

If I had to estimate though an auto, you should be around 450-500 RWHP depending on the dyno and your tune.

Shoot man....even the power levels I am at I am hesitant to do a fast intake. I have a kind of aggressive cam profile and 9psi to boot. I just don't know if it's worth it. There have been some really known shops test them and they get no more than 5-15 hp at peak. Then you get the issue of big boost and the intake not holding up. Granted, we're talking 15psi range before you have issue. I just see sticking with a stock intake or a ported stocker.

I wouldn't want one either. There are so many other options out there that would actually be useful. I'm not a fan of the plastic intake, but not everyone can afford a Holley High Ram, but damn it's purdy. lol

I would have a Holley high ram now if I could keep my wipers. Lol
