Oh, and for those who do not understand that phrase, that basically means if an individual agrees to a money race, like 05HD did, but is then posting up and being flaky, like 05HD has then the individual should post an agreed amount of cash to a neutral party. That money will then be returned once the individual shows up to agreed spot.
