How do I drain the coolant overflow tank? Just curious how I drain it, cuz before I started doin my work on the car, someone else did my cam and put green **** back in instead of dexcool and I assumed the overflow would drain out when I drained the radiator and when I put the motor back in and filled it up with dexcool, I noticed there was still green in the overflow and they're mixing together. So I figure i'll drain it all out now and replace with just dexcool b/c I have to drain it to take my thermostat out. If anyone knows how, I appreciate any help, thanks!

I had to change mine out. If you take the battery out there is two screws that hold it down and the hose running to the radiator but there is no drain plug. Real easy to take out though.

Take overflow loose from the radiator and let it hang down below the tank. Or you can take the battery out and unhook it from the tank. (bottom of tank is under battery). I took mine loose so Icould flush it out when I did my last coolant change. The vacuum is a good idea, I just wanted to flush all the crap out.
