Default Worst Snow Tires Ever?

My vote goes to the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3...

I have zero traction on 1/2" of snow on level ground. You can push the car any direction with one hand--even in Park!!

It's awesome in rain and dry, but there should be a big red label on these things for anything on snow or ice. They kinda remind me of the "super lubricant" Clark Griswold used in Christmas Vacation.

Anyone else seen worse from a street tire?

well come on guys, a summer only tire should never be used in the snow I still had my summer rims on when it snowed here in MI, and with my Kumho Supra 712s I went nowhere. I had to drive to my gf's house to go to school that day, and made it all the way to the highway where i had to stop for a light before getting on. Stupid city of ours waits to salt, so snow had packed up at the intersection. I went nowhere but slid down the side of the highway until I managed to get enough traction to slide the *** onto the clear highway (not very busy)

If you're looking for a good snow tire, blizzaks, winterforce, are what I recommend

Yeah, of course you're right. I was just moving the car from one side of the driveway to the other. Taking them out on the road would have been suicidal. I was just curious what other brands/types gave the same results.

I also have a 99 Firebird with Kumho Ecsta M+S tires, and while not great in snow, at least get me from point A to point B--but very carefully!!
