Default 1996 Camaro production #s by color?

I know there were 66,xxx Camaros built in 1996 but does anyone know where to find a production breakdown by color? I can find it for 2001 but was curious about 1996.
Thanks.

Cool, thanks. Where did you find the info? If it's in a book somewhere I probably should get one.

Do you happen to have a break down even further? Like transmission and engine combos?

CamaroSource.ca isn't working right now.

So my former silver 96 Z28 vert was approx 1 of 180 made (Silver approx 6% of prod times 2938 Z28 verts = approx 180 cars)? Damn, I knew I should've kept it. Oh well, I got a good trade in value for it (see sig).

Well, there were 6% of the total production of Camaros made....not just Z28 convertibles.

Yours is one of 3682.....silver Camaros made for 96. Which ones were Z28s....and convertibles? That, its not clear on.

Thats what I would like to find out as well.....how many Polo Green hard top 6 speeds were made. I'm sure if you were able to go through all the options they get to be less than 1k...but some of those options....like wether it had power remote mirros or not. But some of the basic options....like engine, trans, ASR, and roof would be nice.

Looking through the options, ASR seems to be a little rare...same as the 6 speed transmission.....11% each. These are two options my Z28 has.....I wonder how many of those cars were green.

Anyone know if ASR was avaible on the V6 cars?

Just being a 6 speed car, means it was one of 6811.

By ASR, you are referring to Anti-Slip Regulation which is more commonly known as traction control? If so that option wasn't available on the V6 cars until 1999.

Wow, congrats on using the search button and digging up an old thread

I'll have to look at my Camaro White Book and see if it is broken out any further but I'm not sure you can find the exact info for a '96. I know I have found the body type/color/trans breakdown for my '01 SS.

I'm also curious about further breakdown #'s on a Z28, bright teal monochromatic, LT1, 6sp manual, hard top, crank window, push lock, am/fm cassette radio, a/c, special order.
