do underdrive pulleys give you HP????? im installing a Torqer 2 cam and im trying to make 400rwhp, i have the mods listed in my sig and im trying to get all the boltons to help but i was wondering if a slp or asp underdrive pulley will actually give the car more horsepower????

Yes by spinning the accessories at a slower rate, it reduces the load that the engine is bearing through the serpentine assembly. Allowing it to make more horsepower.
