Default broken rocker arm

Is it going to mess up anything If I drive my car around with a broken rocker arm? Its not exactly broken but the bearings wore out in one and I found some in my oil pan. I can hear a ticking noise from it but so far it hasnt affected the drivability of the car. I want to replace it this week.

Dont drive it. Take a taxi cab to the local dealership and buy a new rocker, IIRC theyre only like 14 bucks or something really cheap like that. It only takes a few minutes to swap it out. While youre at it, change your oil to flush out the rest of the needle bearings.

Its real easy, these rockers require no adjusting, I just bought a used stock set and bolted it on. Some guides on the internet say you have to disconnect a fuel line to remove the driver side valve cover but thats not true, I just rested the valve cover on the header and removed the back rocker, put a new one on and tightened it down to 22ft/lb of torque.
