What kind of exhaust manifolds are used for runing turbo kit in the front of the engine. Looking buy Turbo exhaust manifold if any one know where I can get these manifold post up or if some one could costume make them set price.
About to drop nitrous go with turbo it would be best thing, all race out.
So you LT1 guys some help will be nice ..

lt1 corvette manifolds, are the ones i have used or "rams horn" old school sbc
manifolds, easier to use if pretty good at fab. or
vortec truck manifolds

I'm talking about the process that forces an abrasive slurry through the manifold. Basicaly porting it... I've heard of it being done to intakes...

Making a tubular header isn't all that difficult if you take the time to make the right cuts. When someone tries to hurry the job, the job becomes difficult.

Not worth it? I would say that depends on how much improvement it would offer, do you happen to know? The extrude hone process is on the expensive side yes, but if it got the manifolds similar flow numbers as a set of fabbed headers I'd go with them. They're probably stronger, less leak-prone, and I bet they give a more even flow distribution.

None will clear in my El Camino, so I'm thinking about using one on my Volvo (yes it has an LT1 ).

PS: No I'm not selling any of the manifolds

Chree, any one of those manifolds you showed would run into the motor mounts on an LT1 fbody. The only way they wouldnt is if the turbo flange faced down.
