Randy, if you want to do the reverse manifolds you can have my bro's or I still have my stockers as well.

Did you get the car running? Im getting the fuel system sometime this week, and I might head out to Laredo for the dyno tuning soon. Let me know when your car's ready, that way we can line them up...yeah I know you'll win!!!

I'm talking about the process that forces an abrasive slurry through the manifold. Basicaly porting it... I've heard of it being done to intakes...

Making a tubular header isn't all that difficult if you take the time to make the right cuts. When someone tries to hurry the job, the job becomes difficult.

I would not waste my time doing it to a stock exhaust manifold

Not worth it? I would say that depends on how much improvement it would offer, do you happen to know? The extrude hone process is on the expensive side yes, but if it got the manifolds similar flow numbers as a set of fabbed headers I'd go with them. They're probably stronger, less leak-prone, and I bet they give a more even flow distribution.

I wonder if any of these would work:

None will clear in my El Camino, so I'm thinking about using one on my Volvo (yes it has an LT1 ).

PS: No I'm not selling any of the manifolds

Chree, any one of those manifolds you showed would run into the motor mounts on an LT1 fbody. The only way they wouldnt is if the turbo flange faced down.
