Default 27 or 28 inch drag radials for 9.5" TT2's without cutting bumper/ground effects?

Looking to kill some gear on the highway and still be able to make a few passes. Personally I like BFG Drag Radials since they last awhile. My question is whether or not you can fit a 27 inch setup on a 17inch rim without hacking the bumper or ground effects/fenders.

I do have Adj. LCAs.... panhard, and rolled fenders. I will be running a TH400 so I need to kill some gear. Car has 3.90's on a full spool w/ 35 spline axles.

Without going with 26 inch tires.... what setup will give me 27 or 28 on the TorqueThrust2 9.5/17 wheels. ???

They need to hook also!

How about these. 28" tire. I plan on putting a set on my 17x11 TT II's to cruise around on. My 325/50 MT DR's didn't require any cutting, so I don't see why these would either.
