Electronic spark failure?

Default Electronic spark failure?

I just scanned my car and 43 electronic spark control failure came up. Im not to sure where to go from here any suggestions would be great, Thanks

If your going to have to replace a knock sensor, I would be using AC delco (factory) parts if possible. Especially for anything electronic.

The knock sensor is an easy install, pull the PCM out and its right in the backside.

Uh, not quite. That's the code for the knock sensor in the block, not the knock module, that is located in the PCM.

I have a good bit of experience in popping knock sensors.

Ahhhh, knock sensor.....knock module..... same thing

Your right, brain fart in the early A.M.

But yeah leadfart is of course right, its the sensor in the side of the block and NOT THE MODULE IN THE PCM!!! FIXXER99TA IS A MORON!
