Exclamation Part from a needle bearing?? in the oilpan (from morel lifters or rollmaster timing)?

Hi guys,

today i had a metal piece on the oil bleed screw.

It looks like a part from a needle bearing. The only needle bearings i know in my LS2 are the ones from the morel linked solid lifters nd maybe from the rollmaster double timing chain (but i think it has a torrington bearing)?

My crane roller rockers have no problems they look perfect.
Maybe it is from a damage with the stock lifters two years ago but why do i find it now?

Has anybody an idea?
