Default No power to DLC pin 16

Hey I was wondering if anyone else had this problem before and had a solution to it. I tried to connect my computer to the car and it would not connect because there was no power going to pin 16.

I checked all the fuses and they are fine except there was no power with the test light on the crank fuse.

if someone could help me with that then that would be amazing!

Pin 16 is the cigarette lighter/Accessory circuit. Did you check that fuse? You might also make sure its not being grounded somewhere.

I checked all the fuses and they were fine. except the crank fuse and ETC fuse. I checked with a test light and they were not getting power at all. I am going to take my dash part and see if the wires are grounded properly.

I can't get my emissions with out pin 16 because the computer can't be connected to my car :s
