Default lm7 + super t10 = wont bolt up?

Hey everyone I'm the new to Ls1tech/forums in general so just wanted to say sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. Anyways I have a ls powered 240sx I'm building. I have a 5.3 bolted to it right now and I'm trying to fit my super t10 to it but it wont go in. There is about an 1/8 inch gap between the bellhousing and transmission. I took the throwout bearing off to see if that was the problem and it still wont go it. I have a 621 bellhousing, ls1 clutch/flywheel and GM 12557583 pilot beairing so I don't know whats going wrong. I used the clutch alignment tool that came with it but if the transmission is in gear and I spin the motor by hand the output shaft spins. If anyone has any idea on what might be wrong let me know! I'm sick of looking at it instead of driving it!

You need to get out of here and over to the Conversions and Hybrids.
